AA meetings in prisons 2015

Dorset has three prisons in the County and members of Alcoholics Anonymous provide support and sponsorship to prisoners attending AA meetings while incarcerated. Many prisoners find this a lifeline, while others begin to recognise the part alcohol has played in their problems and to attend meetings on their release.

If you are a heath professional who would like to know more, or an existing member of AA who would like to get involved in prison service in North Dorset, or Portland,(subject to security clearance) please contact us via this website for further information.

A warm welcome to visitors

We would like to extend a warm welcome to all visitors to the area. One of the great pleasures of our fellowship is being able to visit meetings when away from home on business, on holiday, or just passing through. If you would like directions or information about parking or public transport links to any of our meetings, do contact us via this website.
One of our members will be delighted to be of service.
